ADVENTURE FOR ALL
In 2020, we were the world’s first 100% live virtual adventure festival, connecting more than 40,000 armchair adventurers from around the world at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now, we're an in-person celebration of adventure travel a-top a beautiful Cornish hill in Mount Edgcumbe Country Park. Join us and expect talks from world leading adventurers, adventurous activities to get involved in and fantastic live music.

#AAF21 HIGHLIGHT FILM
Check out this quick highlights vid from our 2021 festival for a taster of what to expect at the Armchair Adventure Festival 2022! Music by Land of the Giants who headlined #AAF21.
Steph is best known for being the first person to ride a motorbike on all seven continents but she's done a whole load of other adventures too, including walking up and in between the UK 3 peaks!
Most activities at the Armchair Adventure Festival are included in the ticket price. We do have to charge a small fee for some of the activities but we subsidise these to make it as affordable as possible. To give you an idea on the prices, last year, paddle-boarding with dolphins was a tenner!
MORE ACTIVITIES TO BE ADDED
Congrats on a mega weekend I thought it was brilliantly run with mega guest speakers. Catch you next year...
Had an amazing time at The Armchair Adventure Festival. The venue, speakers, vendors and crowd were all fantastic. It was a cracking weekend full of laughs and good times.
DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT....
Huge thanks to both Matt and Reece for making this festival look so effortless! We know you worked your socks off! Beautifully put together, fabulous venue and awesome speakers and bands. Can't wait for next year and more inspiring stories.
The first live The Armchair Adventure Festival was a brilliant weekend of speakers, music, activities and lots of great people.
ADVENTURE FOR GOOD
We believe in using our platform for good causes. That’s why in two years we have raised over £13,500 for charity through our events. At the Armchair Adventure Festival 2021 our charity partner was Unseen UK, an anti-slavery charity based in the South West while we also donated £1000 to Secure Forests CIC who were able to purchase an 'acoustic sensor' that would help protect the rain forest in Belize.
We’re also conscious about the impact adventure travel has on the environment and because we know our festival will inspire many more people to travel internationally, we’re pledging to plant a tree for every ticket we sell. In 2021 we planted 500 trees.
