ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

  • Are dogs allowed?
    Yes they are, but they must be extremely well behaved and kept on a lead at all times. We have live stock in the area including alpacas who live close by and will at some stage make an appearance during the festival.
  • When will I receive my tickets?
    You'll get your e-ticket in your inbox as soon as you've ordered. Not there? Please check your spam. Still not there? Give it 24 hours then drop us a line and we'll work out what's happened.
  • I'm coming in my campervan do I need to pay more?
    Nope. But there is no hook up.
  • Do I need to bring my ticket on the day?
    Yes, please save the trees and just show us on your phone or tablet if you can.
  • Can I buy tickets on the day?
    Nope, sorry. You have to buy your tickets in advance of the event.
  • Do I have to pay for car parking?
    Nope, not that kind of festival! You've already paid to come - all weekend passes include a place to put your wheels.
  • Will I be able to leave once I've arrived?
    Yes. There is a one way system in place at the festival meaning you can come and go by car, motorbike or walking!
  • Are there any age restrictions?
    Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by and adult. Apart from that nope! There are family activities too.
  • Can I volunteer?
    Volunteering opportunites are very limited but get in touch if you'd like to help out.
  • Will there be shower facilities?
    Yes! There will be proper showers with hot water and plenty of them!
  • Is the event accessible for people with a disability?
    Yes! It certainly is. We have a disabled camping zone with easy access to parking and the disabled toilets. If you have any particular needs please get in touch with matt@thesidecarguys.com and we will do everything we can to make sure you get the most out of the weekend!
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No. As per our terms and conditions, the entry ticket amount you pay is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. For our Covid-19 policy see above.
