A tidy sum from a very tidy bunch!

You missed a treat if you weren’t able to join us last Sunday for our fourth Film Night, but worry not, you’ll still be able to catch up!

It was a cracking evening and we were all dressed in our Sunday best to coincide with the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride and raise money for Movember. We raised an amazing £1138! Thank you to everyone who donated – your generosity is awe inspiring!

Reece managing to make an unroadworthy scooter and sidecar on the back of a van look dapper – we had to take part in the Ride Solo Together ride somehow!

The night began with an exclusive chat with Henry Crew, who let us in on his future plans, why Movember means so much to him and how he got into biking at a very young age.

We then kicked off our spats and stilettos and let Claudio von Planta and Billy Ward’s film, A Kurdish Movie, entertain us with their trip through war-torn Iraq. Then, after the movie, we got to chat to the stars themselves, Billy and Claudio. They let us in on behind-the-scenes gossip, how making the film and visiting that area affected them, and hinted at their future plans… might there be A Kurdish Movie 2 in the pipeline? Tune in to find out! You can watch the Q&A session on our YouTube channel here, and the film can be found at www.billyandclaudio.tv.

Thanks again to all of our guests and viewers, you made it a great success. Next month’s Film Night has big boots to fill…

While you’re here… don’t forget about the big one, the next Armchair Adventure Festival, which will take place from 27th – 29th November. You’ll get to hear from a whole host of adventure legends, so get it in the diary and sign up for your free front row seat here.
