We’ve been back to the Armchair Adventure Festival site! 👀
Seven months to go, lots to plan, and the countdown is officially on. Right now it might look calm, quiet, and very empty… but trust us — not for long.
This is the bit where ideas turn into plans, plans turn into maps, and we start picturing a whole weekend crammed full of talks, music, food, mischief, and very good people.
So here’s a little before-and-after moment. 📽
We cannot wait to fill this place again — and to see you there for a properly jam-packed Armchair weekend.
🎟 Grab yours here
Here’s a taste of what you’ve got to look forward to so far…
We’ve already started locking in some brilliant people and performances for this year’s festival, including:
🌍 Niall McCann — fresh from his latest adventure in Baffin Island
🏍️ Tiffany Coates — motorbike legend & Armchair favourite (arriving in style, of course)
📮 Stu Skinner MBE — sharing his powerful Postcards from the Peaks journey
🎶 Tankus — bringing their gloriously chaotic, can’t-stand-still live show
🎸 Black Friday — loud, high-energy and built for festival nights
🎪 The Cabarats — theatrical, mischievous and guaranteed to get things moving
🎤 Joanna Cooke — soulful, powerful vocals to soundtrack the weekend
🔥 Thomas Ford — blues, grit & proper festival energy
And that’s just the start.
We’ll be sharing more over the coming weeks — speakers, stories, and surprises — but for now, consider this your first proper glimpse of what’s coming.
If you’re in… we’ll see you in the field. 🌄

This was a really enjoyable read. I liked how the article explained the subject in a straightforward and reader-friendly manner without making things overly complicated. Earlier today, I was also checking the EPFO Portal while researching employment and retirement-related resources. Articles like yours make it easier to stay informed and discover useful platforms along the way. Keep up the excellent work!
very well written and easy to understand. i usually keep helpful posts saved using an instagram downloader for offline viewing.
I love the vision described here — standing in an empty space and already feeling the future energy of people, stories, and shared experiences is something special. Festivals like this are built not just with logistics, but with imagination and atmosphere. For me, sound plays a huge role in shaping that feeling, even during the planning stage. I often experiment with different styles and original recordings to capture the mood I want to create. That’s one of the reasons I explore Tracklib, where authentic music and samples across genres help turn ideas into something that truly feels alive and immersive.
Your blog is very informative and well structured. I really like how clearly you explain the features of AKTU ERP, which helps students understand how this system works for managing academic records and services. The content is simple, practical, and very useful for daily reference.
