Adventure lovers… get ready for something very special. To celebrate Black Friday (Armchair style), we’re giving one lucky festival-goer the chance to upgrade their AAF26 ticket into the ultimate luxury adventure stay.

Yes — this year, your ticket could turn GOLD.

Any weekend festival ticket bought between now and 11:59pm on November 30th, will be automatically entered into our Golden Ticket Upgrade Draw… and one winner will walk into the festival next July with an experience fit for a VIP.

And the best bit? If you’ve already bought your ticket… you’re still in the draw because we want to send a huge thank you to everyone joining us for AAF26!

The Golden Ticket Prize

One randomly selected ticket holder will receive a full luxury upgrade for four, including:

How do I enter the draw?

Buy a weekend festival ticket before 11:59pm 30^th November 2025. Each ticket counts as one draw entry.

Do existing ticketholders get entered automatically?

Yes, any full weekend festival ticket for AAF26 bought before the deadline will be automatically entered.

What exactly does the prize include?

The bell tent will sleep up to 4 people
4 x meal vouchers and 4 x drink vouchers
A bottle of fizz

Does the prize include festival tickets?

No, weekend festival tickets must be purchased to enter the prize draw. The winners' ticket will then be upgraded to include a luxury bell tent.

Do I have to share with 4 people?

No, you are welcome to stay in the bell tent on your own (or whoever you are travelling with as long as no more than 4 in the bell tent). You will receive 4 meal vouchers and 4 drinks vouchers; you do not need to be travelling with 4 people to receive the 4 vouchers.

What bedding configuration will be in the bell tent?

Whatever works for you, e.g. 2 doubles, 1 double and 2 singles, 4 singles etc.

Is bedding provided?

Yes

How do I find out who won?

The draw will be taking place early December and will be announced on social media. You can follow the Armchair channels on Facebook and Instagram to keep up to date.

How will the winner be contacted?

Via the email they used to purchase the tickets

What if I’ve already bought glamping? Can I have a refund?

No, you can gift the bell tent to other festival goers or roll your prize over to AAF27.

Do I need to be online to watch the draw?

No, the winner will also be contacted via email.

Can I transfer my prize to someone else?

Yes, please let us know via email if you do decide to gift the prize. They will need to have weekend festival tickets to claim the prize.

I’ve purchased early add on tickets, can I have the bell tent for the full duration?

Yes, the bell tent will be available from the Tuesday night if you have already bought an early add on pass.

Do I need to bring anything if I win the bell tent?

You should bring along anything you were already planning to bring along; however, you will now have a bed with bedding already waiting for you.

Can I enter more than once?

Yes, each full festival ticket counts as an entry.

Does every ticket in my group count separately?

Yes, each adult weekend festival pass counts separately.

What happens if I can’t attend AAF26?

You can gift the prize to other festival goers (just let us know via email) or you can roll it over to AAF27.

Is there any cash alternative?

No.

If I win, do I have to share photos or be featured?

Yes, we will need to share the name of the lucky winner so we can prove there was an authentic prize winner, but you do not need to be pictured.

Golden Ticket Upgrade Draw – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Armchair Adventure Festival 2026 Golden Ticket Upgrade Draw (“the Draw”). By entering, you agree to the following:

1. Promoter

The Draw is organised by Armchair Adventure Festival Ltd (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to anyone who purchases a valid ticket to Armchair Adventure Festival 2026 between 00:00 on 21 November 2025 and 23:59 on 30 November 2025 (UK time).
All existing AAF26 ticketholders who purchased before the draw period are automatically entered.
Entrants must be 18 or over.
Festival volunteers and staff may be excluded at the promoter’s discretion.

3. How to Enter

Each valid festival ticket purchased = one entry into the Draw.
Purchasing multiple tickets results in multiple entries.
No additional purchase or action is required.
Invalid, refunded, or cancelled tickets will not count as entries.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive a Golden Ticket Upgrade Package for Armchair Adventure Festival 2026, which includes:

A luxury bell tent for up to 4 people for the duration of the festival.
Four meal vouchers (one per person).
Four drink vouchers (one per person).
One bottle of fizz.

Festival tickets themselves are not part of the prize.The upgrade applies to the booking linked to the winning ticket.

5. Prize Conditions

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
No cash or refund alternative is available.
If the winner has already booked glamping, the upgrade replaces the original booking; no refund of the original glamping value will be issued.
The winner may choose who shares the tent with them (up to capacity).
The winner is responsible for ensuring their guests hold valid festival tickets.

6. Draw Date & Winner Notification

The Draw will be held on 1 December 2025.
The winner will be selected at random.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to purchase their ticket.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. Publicity

The winner’s first name and town/country may be announced publicly.
The winner may be invited (but is not required) to appear in festival promotional content.

8. Event Attendance

The winner must hold (or purchase) a valid ticket to Armchair Adventure Festival 2026 to redeem the upgrade.
Standard festival terms and conditions apply to all attendees.

9. Changes & Cancellation

The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the Draw at any time if circumstances require it. Any changes will be published on the official festival website.
