Have you booked your #AAF24 holiday yet?

Take a five day mini-break at #AAF24

Did you know that lots of Armchair Adventure Festival goers make The Armchair Adventure Festival their annual staycation by combining their camping tickets with a two day add on pass? Why not make #AAF24 your holiday for next year? Your five night Armchair Adventure Festival mini break costs just £144 per person or £28.80 per night and this is what it could look like!

Tuesday 23rd July - Pack your bags and load the car, van, bike or backpack because it's time to set sail for your #AAF24 adventure. You can arrive on site from 15:00 with your early add on camping pass that gets you first dibs on the best camping spots and no need to queue on entry! Get yourself camped up and then head over to The Three Wheels festival pub beer garden for your first pint of Armchair Pale Ale! Expect there to be a tasty food option to keep you going and pack your pencils because we will once again be hosting our annual Big Fat Quiz of Adventure that evening!

Wednesday 24th July - The Rame peninsula is yours to explore! Why not pack a bag and take a 45 minute walk through the beautiful Mount Edgcumbe Country Park all the way to Cawsand Bay. Here you can relax on the golden sandy beaches, take a dip in the crystal clear waters and tuck into a tasty Cornish pasty for your lunch. Return in time for your evening meal back on the festival site where we will be serving up some great food to accompany our annual starlight adventure film screening!

Thursday 25th July - The festival gates open at 15:00 for normal attendees but you'll already be set up so why not head out to explore more of the local area? You could take the passenger ferry over to Plymouth and explore the historic Royal William Yard or go for a round of frisbee golf around Mount Edgcumbe Country Park! You'll want to be back onsite from 16:00 when live music and entertainment will start and the festival will be open!

Friday 26th July - Today will be you first full day of #AAF24. With more activities than ever before you could try your hand at fireside flatbread baking or just hang out at the main stage and let our line up of incredible speakers inspire you for a weekend of adventure. As always there will be tasty street food available for purchase and incredible live music in the evening!

Saturday 27th July - Saturday sounds like a good day to explore Plymouth Sound! Head out onto the water and explore the UK's National Marine Park by kayak, paddleboard or sailing boat! Later, you can warm up by the roaring fire in the festival pub and recount your own tales of adventure to new festival friends!

Sunday 28th July - Make the most of your last day at #AAF24 and join us for an 8am wild swim at Barn Pool beach. Nothing cures a hangover like it and you'll be energised for your final day of adventure. There will be plenty of inspiring talks left to watch or why not get involved in some creative, crafty stuff and make yourself a souvenir to take home, from axe carving to screen printing theirs loads to get involved in. Festival gates will close at 15:00 and you'll be heading home having had one hell of a holiday!

How does that sound? Five nights of jam packed adventure for just £144 per person plus your spending money! It's a no-brainer. Early bird prices are available now and a weekend pass goes up by £15 once early bird tickets sell out. To do the full 5 day mini break you need to buy a weekend festival pass and an early add on camping pass. If you're not much of a camper you can also upgrade to a luxury glamping tent for as little as £33 per person per night (based on 4 people sharing).
